PA LA CULTURA MYSTERY BOX SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The PA LA CULTURA Mystery Box Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by PA LA CULTURA LLC, 9393 NW 13 Street, Doral, Florida 33172 (the "Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of PA LA CULTURA LLC, J Balvin, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members (whether or not related), are NOT eligible to participate.

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on July 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") ("Start Date") and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, or when all five hundred (500) Mystery Boxes have been sold, whichever occurs first (the "Promotion Period"). The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

A. Purchase Method of Entry:

During the Promotion Period, visit www.jbalvin.com and purchase any Mystery Box OMERTA at a cost of USD $700 per box. Each Mystery Box purchase provides one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes per transaction. Only five hundred (500) Mystery Boxes are available in total. Each Mystery Box contains official Omerta merchandise with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of USD $700 or more.

Box Contents: Includes 6-11 randomly selected items from the Omerta Collection, including one guaranteed random physical music item (CD or vinyl). Items may include apparel and accessories. The selection is completely random and cannot be customized. Also includes guaranteed early access to Jordan's next release.

B. Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE") - Free Method:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3″×5″ card and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each mailed entry provides one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries are not permitted. Entries must be postmarked by August 24, 2026 and received by August 26, 2026, to be eligible for the final drawing. For earlier drawings, entries must be received by the day before the applicable drawing date. AMOE entries that have not yet been entered in a prior drawing will be included in the next applicable drawing. AMOE entries have the same odds of winning as purchase entries.

5. DRAWINGS AND WINNER SELECTION

Three (3) random drawings will be held during the Promotion Period on the following dates:

  • July 24, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM ET
  • August 14, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM ET
  • August 28, 2026 at approximately 2:00 PM ET

Entrants for each drawing will consist of all eligible entries received during the seven (7) day period immediately prior to the drawing date, plus any AMOE entries received by then that have not yet been entered in a prior drawing. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that drawing period. Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

6. PRIZES

The following prizes will be awarded across all three drawings:

  • Three (3) pairs of Jordan Omerta sneakers. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $250 per pair. Total ARV for sneaker prizes: $750.
  • Total approximate prize pool value: $750.

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize values are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
  • Jordan sneakers, once received, cannot be exchanged, are not covered by any warranty, and no refund of their value can be requested.
  • No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
  • All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
  • Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent tax documentation prior to receiving their prize.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for each drawing period. The maximum number of purchase entries is five hundred (500), plus any AMOE entries received. Actual odds will vary based on the number of eligible entries received during each applicable drawing period.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified on the next business day following the applicable drawing via email using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Each potential winner will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of notification to respond and accept the prize. If a potential winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries for that drawing period.

It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to provide accurate and current email and contact information. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in an entrant's email address or other contact information that may result in the entrant not receiving notification.

9. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner. Shipping costs for prizes delivered within the United States will be covered by the Sponsor.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or postage-due entries; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, internet connectivity, or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) printing, typographical, technical, or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of prizes; or (e) any injury, damage, or loss to any person or property that may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, acceptance, or use/misuse of any prize.

Release and Indemnification: By entering, each participant agrees to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or liability (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or (iii) any breach of these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules without prior notice in the event of force majeure or any situation that reasonably justifies such modification, provided that any such modification will not materially affect the rights of entrants who have already entered.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants authorize PA LA CULTURA LLC to collect and process their personal data (including name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth) for the sole purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, available at www.jbalvin.com.

Sponsor will not sell or share participants' personal information with unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without the participant's prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and each entrant irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER: EACH ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. NO ENTRANT SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLAIM AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, CLASS MEMBER, OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

1. Official Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions (Cartagena)

Disclaimer: For the purposes of this Sweepstakes, J Balvin Shop will act as a fundraising agent on behalf of Vibra en Alta Foundation. All funds collected in connection with this activity will be raised in the name of Vibra en Alta Foundation.

1.1. Agreement to Rules

Participation in this sweepstake (the “Promotion”) constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) affirms that they meet all eligibility requirements and have the legal capacity to agree.

1.2. Eligibility Requirements

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are the legal age of majority in their place of residence (18 years or older in most jurisdictions). This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States.

Some prizes may require a higher minimum age. Only natural persons are eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Corporate entities, organizations, or groups are not eligible. Employees of the Organizer, its affiliates, and their household members are excluded.

Each entry must be associated with a unique email address. Participants may not share or use the same email account. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Entrant, the individual registered as the owner of the email account at the time of entry will be considered the official participant.

1.3. How to Enter

Entries may be obtained in several ways:

  • Completing the specific tasks described on the sweepstakes page (examples include joining a newsletter, sharing content, or watching a video).
  • Donations, when offered, are voluntary and do not increase the chances of winning.

1.4. Invalid Entries

Any of the following will result in disqualification:

  • Using bots, automated systems, or duplicate accounts.
  • Submitting inaccurate, incomplete, or late entries.
  • Circumventing the rules in any way.

1.5. Sweepstakes Duration

1.6. Prize Description

1.7. Odds of Winning

By accepting a prize, winners grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical details for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

1.12. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Organizer, along with its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and representatives (the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) that may arise, directly or indirectly, in connection with:

  • technical issues of any kind, such as system errors, network failures, or hardware/software malfunctions;
  • interruptions or unavailability of internet, telephone, or other communication services;
  • unauthorized interference with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; or
  • human or electronic error in the administration of entries or selection of winners.

This release applies whether or not caused by negligence and is in addition to any other disclaimers or limitations set forth in these Terms.

1.13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes connected to this Promotion, including those related to prizes, shall be brought exclusively before the courts located in Florida, USA.

1.15. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion if fraud, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances prevent it from operating as originally intended.

In the event that the event associated with this Promotion is canceled, postponed, or materially modified for any reason, such circumstances shall not be the responsibility of Vibra en Alta Foundation. In such cases, Vibra en Alta Foundation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, substitute, or replace the prize with an alternative experience without any obligation to provide additional compensation to participants or the selected winner.

1.16. Travel Requirements and Prize Forfeiture

If a prize involves travel and the winner is unable to participate due to missing travel documents, personal situations, or inability to meet entry requirements (including entry into Colombia, where applicable), the prize will be considered forfeited. 1.17. Participation Policy — Hit Collection Sweepstakes
