Waitlist and Collaboration Product Launch
Beginning approximately 15 days before the August 11, 2026 product launch, users may be directed to a landing page hosted on our website to join a waitlist for a collaboration product. If you join the waitlist, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, shipping or location information, product preferences, waitlist status, communication preferences, and related website activity.
Information collected through the waitlist and website may be shared with Populart to manage the launch, communicate about the product, measure interest, support marketing campaigns, process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, and operate and improve the website and related services. The collaboration product sold to fans will be owned by Populart, and Populart will be responsible for fulfilling orders generated through the website.

When you visit the Service, including any landing page or waitlist page, we collect information that your browser sends to us ("Log Data"). By providing your email address for the mailing list, waitlist, or related promotions, you consent to receive messages related to music releases, artist updates, merchandise and collaboration product promotions, waitlist status, launch updates, event announcements, order-related information, and other relevant information.

Emails may be sent at varying frequencies depending on promotional campaigns, waitlist activity, product launch timing, and activities of the artist, Populart, and their associates.
