J BALVIN OFFICIAL CURATOR FOR ESPN TOP PLAYS

For the past few weeks, we've been curating the music for 6 official NFL games broadcasted by ESPN. We kicked off this curation with the song DobleXxó on September 9th and have lined up tracks like Origami, Swat, and En Alta, all from the new album Rayo. Of course, Mi Gente will also make its screen appearance on January 6, 2025, and for the sixth game, we're still deciding a song to surprise the audience. This year, we're also accompanying the traditional Christmas Games as curators of the official ESPN Top Plays playlist on Spotify for the NFL.

The NFL Christmas Games, played this year between the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans on December 25, also featured Beyoncé as the main show. These games have been held for 53 years, making them one of the most recent traditions in the sport.

Our history with the NFL goes back to 2020, when we were invited to perform at the Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show alongside Shakira and JLo at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami—a Latino show “Pa’ La Cultura.”
